• I’ll ask about your brand vibe, audience, and how you want visitors to feel when they land on your site.

• We’ll explore what’s working (or not) on your current site, or brainstorm fresh ideas if you’re starting from scratch.

• You’ll get answers to all your questions about the design process, timelines, and deliverables.

Phase 2: We Said Yes!

Once you’ve decided to move forward, it’s time to pop the confetti! This is where the magic officially begins. After signing a contract and submitting your deposit, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to kick off the project. We will get the ball rolling with a welcome packet and a brand questionnaire. This homework will help us jump off on the right foot!

Here’s what happens next:

• Onboarding: I’ll send an email chock-full of information like timelines, how to share content with me, and a review of our conversations.

• Questionnaire: Included in that email will be a brand strategy questionnaire to dive deeper into your vision, goals, and style preferences. Think of it as the creative roadmap to your dream website.

• Creative Direction: I’ll create your homepage as our mood board and site structure for us to review together. This ensures we’re on the same page before diving into the design.

This phase is all about collaboration, setting the foundation for a site that not only looks amazing but works seamlessly for your business.

Phase 3: Let’s Get to It!

Now, the real fun begins! This is where I take your ideas and turn them into a stunning, custom Squarespace website that’s as functional as it is beautiful. Together, we will craft your dream brand and website through the use of mood boards, design concepts, revisions, and final files. Piece of cake!

Here’s how it works:

• Design Time: I’ll build out your website, designing it to shine on both desktop and mobile. This includes creating pages that flow effortlessly and reflect your brand’s unique personality.

• Review & Revise: Once the initial design is ready, you’ll have three rounds of revisions to tweak and perfect every detail. This is your chance to make sure your site feels just right!

• Launch Support: After finalizing the design, we’ll do a thorough review to ensure everything’s ready to go live. You’ll get two weeks of post-launch email support to help with any questions as you settle into your new digital home.
